Hello, my name is Allison Wannamaker. I am originally from Charleston and have been happily married to my husband, Charles for 4 years. I earned my degree from the Dental Hygiene Program at Trident Technical College while my husband received a Business Degree from the Citadel. I have been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Atlantic Dental Associates for the past 5 years. I have dedicated myself to this dental team to provide my patients with the very best dentistry has to offer while making each appointment comfortable and personalized. In my free time I enjoy baking, working in the yard, aerobics, and my all time favorite, working on my scrapbooks. My husband and I also like traveling to the mountains and spending time with friends and family. Working with Dr. Palmer has been such a learning experience. Hello, my name is Brittney Biss. I joined the Atlantic Dental Associates team in September of 2005. Working with Dr. Palmer has been a wonderful learning experience. I enjoy the atmosphere we provide for our patients and enjoy seeing the smile on their faces when we complete their treatment. I was born and raised in the Charleston area. In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, and baking. I am currently a full time student at Trident Technical College, pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene and an Associates in Science. Caroline Palmer Rhodes

My name is Caroline Palmer Rhodes and for those of you who do not know me, I am Dr. Olivia Palmer's sister as well as her Dental Assistant. I have been in the dental world for 40 years. I have worked in a dental office since the age of 14, where I started out under the guidance of my wonderful father, Dr. Joe Sam Palmer. I worked with Olivia for 17 year and now I am thrilled to say I am back with her and her wonderful staff. I am excited to see my patients again and meet and get to know all the new patients that have joined our office since I have been away. I live in Mt. Pleasant and I am the proud grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren. I have two grandsons, Sebastian (5) and Satchel (our miracle baby) who is 1 year old. I have two granddaughters, Presley (10 going on 18) and Lillian who is 2 going on 10. I have a new love in my life, Giles. We love to ride bikes, relax on his boat, go see our Clemson Tigers play and spend as much time as we can with our family. I look forward to seeing all of you this year and years to come. Lacey Brigman

Hello! My name is Lacey Ashlan Brigman and I am a new member of the Atlantic Dental Associates team, working along side Dr. Olivia Calhoun Palmer. I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a twelve year girl of Ashley Hall School and a May 2007 graduate of the College of Charleston. After joining the smile team in the fall, I learned of the ties between the Palmer and Brigman families. My Grandfather and father were both patients of Dr. Joe Sam Palmer, and I am excited to continue the tradition by assisting Dr. Olivia Palmer. I currently live in Mount Pleasant and enjoy spending time on the water, love being with my family, and relaxing outdoors with my black lab Hunter. My Fiancé and I will be married in May and enjoy a honeymoon touring the coast of California. I also plan to continue my education in the dental profession, while learning under Dr. Olivia Palmer.

Tom Wellein
Office Manager

Tom has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of Industries. With experience in accounting, operations and administration, Tom joined Atlantic Dental Associates as Office Manager in August, 2005. Living in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Carol, Tom has two sons. One son lives in Charleston, working with the NBC affiliate stations WCMD, and his other son is a Major, serving in the United States Army, presently stationed in Arizona. Tom enjoys golf, kayaking and travel. In the past, he has played electric bass in a contemporary music church group, and also, enjoys playing guitar.
