Dr. Palmer had been appointed to the Ethics committe of the AAID for 2008.
 Atlantic Dental Associates, based in Charleston, S.C., and under the direction of Dr. Olivia Palmer offers general, implant and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Palmer has owned and operated the office since 1982.
